I will achieve this by: Attending faculty and BSN meetings and voicing my opinion whenever the subject pertains to the students of SFSU SoN. Encouraging other students to come to faculty meetings to provide a larger representation of the student body. Keep NSA organized through various tasks such as adding agenda items, procuring rooms for meetings and activities, etc. Act as a liaison between NSA, SoN students, and faculty. |

| Natasha Volhontseff, Treasurer

I feel this is necessary to help future NSA members with their responsibilities and also creates a solid foundation for others to build and improve on. |

| Rosa Garcia, Community Health Co-Director
Email: rosa.garcia04@yahoo.com, Level III Goal: As co- director of community public health, my personal objectives for enhancing NSA during this upcoming academic year is to further campaign for NSA and to encourage more involvement from the nursing students. I plan on accomplishing these goals by attending the meetings, raising awareness about NSA sponsored events, and partaking in as many opportunities that come my way. Lastly, I vow to seek and create as many volunteer services within the community for our nursing classes. | Arma Fernandez, Mentoring Program Director & Book Swap Director Email: arma.fernandez@gmail.com, Level IV Goal: To increase participation in the mentoring program by 15% for Level I students from Fall 2011 to Spring 2012.

| Philip Garcia, Public Relations Director Email: philipcgarcia@gmail.com, Level III Goal:1) Plan and host at least two meet-and-greets/social events per semester to promote relations between SFSU SoN levels 1-5. 2) Publicize meet-and-greets/social events for SFSU SoN students by personally inviting them (i.e. making announcements in classrooms), along with emailing, and posting announcements. 3) Plan and host at least one social event per semester for nursing students from both SFSU and Canada cohort. 4) Seek and initiate relationships with community organizations. 5) Increase public awareness of the SFSU SoN by participating in school, and community events. 6) Outreach to prospective nursing students (i.e. Open house, Student-led information sessions). 7) Update the NSA-SFSU bulletin board bi-weekly and as needed.
